The phone has a 360-degree wall penetration sensor that increases signal strength by up to 255 percent compared to the previous generation. This new phone uses the new Diamond Rock structure, which has awarded a 5-star drop and drop resistance certification by the SGS Gold Label. It has undergone rigorous environmental testing.
The vivo y500 Pro features vivo’s most advanced IP69 plus waterproofing. It has passed the 1.5-meter 24-hour test and is three times more water resistant than IP68,69. It features motherboard-level waterproofing and internal water-proofing.
