Various leaks have been coming in about Xiaomi’s upcoming 17 series. Now, the camera specifications have leaked.
Xiaomi set to launch three new phones in its 17 series, the Xiaomi 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max, by the end of this month. They will powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The camera software for the phone will developed in collaboration with Leica.
According to a recent leak, the Pro Max shares most of its camera setup with the Pro. This includes a 50MP main sensor with an f/1.67 aperture and a 17mm ultra-wide lens. Both phones tuned by Leica.
The main difference between the two phones is the selfie lens. Both the Pro and Pro Max are expected to offer 5x optical zoom, but the Pro Max said to use a slightly wider f/2.6 aperture compared to f/3.0, which should improve image quality in dim conditions.
Although there is not a huge difference, the xiaomi 17 Pro Max is a better choice for taking large zoom-heavy photos. The 17 Pro Max’s primary feature is that the zoom capability expected to be even better than the previous generation.
