MediaTek has launched a new chipset. This is the most powerful chipset from MediaTek. It is the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset.
The highly anticipated MediaTek 9400+ is now official. As expected, it’s a slight improvement over the 9400 that was launched last year.
The 9400+ CPU is an ARM Cortex-X925 core clocked up to 3.730 which is higher than the 9400 clocked at 3.63Ghz.
This makes the 9400+ a high-end 9400 while still having the NPU 890, now with 20 percent faster address processing efficiency and multiple decoding plus, allowing developers to transform traditional AI applications into cutting-edge agent AI applications, as agentic AI is a 2025 promise. Mediatek missed that one.
