Samsung launched the S25 series last January, which included the S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra. Samsung had promised 7 years of Android updates for the phones.
Also, Samsung is releasing a new model in the S25 series, which is the Enterprise model, in which Samsung is bringing S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra Enterprise. These models are being brought with an unprecedented 8-year Android update guarantee, through which these mobiles are currently coming out with Android 15. Its lifespan will be updated up to Android 23.
Samsung’s current model, the S25 series, has only received an Android update so far. It was released with Android 15, and now it will be updated to Android 22.
Samsung is not new to providing additional updates to its enterprise phones, it is an existing practice. The reason they are doing this is to differentiate the Enterprise series from their normal standard S series by providing additional Android updates.
Also, all the features of the Samsung S25 series, including A features, are also present in the S25 Enterprise series, especially AI live call translation, but not only that, this Enterprise model comes with additional Android updates with features like Ai Assist AI Transcribe.
