Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its next flagship phone. Its battery will be a key selling point. According to a new leak, the upcoming Xiaomi16 series expected to bring some major changes that we have never seen before. The key feature being the silicon carbon technology.
This is a big step up from the 5240mAh battery. in the global model of Xiaomi’s previously launched flagship phone, the Xiaomi 15. The Xiaomi 16 rumored to have a 7000mAh battery. The Xiaomi 16Pro expected to come with a 6300mAh battery. which is a bigger battery than the 6100mAh battery in the previously launched Xiaomi15 Pro.
It is in this context that the Xiaomi 16Pro Max rumored to come with a massive 7500 mAh battery. This said to be the largest battery in Xiaomi’s flagship phone.
Similarly, all Chinese brands are increasing the battery life of their flagship phones with silicon-carbon batteries.
Xiaomi and Xiaomi alone are not going to make phones with 7500 mAh batteries in this flagship mobile. In competition with it, brands like Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, Realme are also expected to bring mobiles with batteries ranging from 7000 to 8000 mAh in their flagship mobiles this year.
XIAOMI 16 SERIES SPEC
Xiaomi’s is also expected to launch the 16 series with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, along with the 16Ultra, which expected to feature a 1-inch main sensor and a 200MP telephoto lens.
