Samsung is returning to its Exynos processor in its S26 series

According to the information that has just been released, Samsung is definitely going to use its own processor in its S26 series. It is now somewhat certain that it will be its own processor, the Exynos 20600, not MediaTek or Snapdragon.

Exynos 2600

Samsung is soon going to bring its own processor, the Exynos 2500, while Samsung is working on it, and they are going to come with the Exynos 2600 processor in their S26 series.

Samsung previously used its own processor, the Exynos 990, in its flagship phones, the Galaxy S20 and Note 20 series, but only in a few regions, including the US, Canada, and China. Qualcomm has also purchased the chipset, which is in limited supply due to its expensive layering situation.

Whatever the case, Samsung is going to mass produce the Exynos 2600 processor, which will be revealed by the end of the fourth quarter of 2025. Not only that, this will be the beginning of the Galaxy S26 series, but they are expected to bring their S26 series in January or February 2026.
