Apple iPhone 17 launched with A19 chipset and 120Hz refresh rate

Apple has launched the iPhone 17, which comes with a 120Hz refresh rate on an unprecedented entry-level mobile.

This phone comes with a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display. It now comes with Always-On Display with HDR True Tone and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Apple is offering a peak brightness of 3000 nits. It uses Ceramic Shield 2 for front protection, which is up to three times more protective than the previous iPhone 16.

Apple has launched this phone with the A19 chipset. It comes with iOS 26 out of the box. The Liquid Glass UI has updated and features like call screening, hold assistant, and visual intelligence across apps.

The iPhone 17 comes with a dual camera setup on the back. It has two cameras, a 48-megapixel fusion camera and a 48-megapixel ultra-wide fusion camera.

The front comes with an 18-megapixel center stage camera array. The iPhone 17 also has the ability to record 4K 60fps video.

The iPhone 17 optimized with a 3692 mAh battery that offers 30 hours of video playback. It charges 50% in 20 minutes using a 40W dynamic adapter. It can charge up to 25W via Megasafe and Qi 2 wireless charging.

This mobile also comes with a dedicated button to view the camera and IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and the new N1 wireless chip.
